Join a select group of early childhood professionals for an intensive
workshop on the Essentials of Early Childhood Assessment. This workshop
will cover all of the essential aspects of how to conduct evaluations
under the early intervention program. It is ideal for professionals just
learning how to develop expertise in this important area of practice.
There is a growing need for early intervention evaluators that can competently
diagnose and refer young children for other needed evaluations and services.
This small group format (with a maximum of 20) will allow for maximum
interaction for participants to ask questions and review a variety of
videotapes of case examples. This workshop is packed with information,
practical tips, and hand on examples of how to perform this work. It
is taught by early childhood psychologists who have evaluated
several thousand young children over the last 15 years in the early intervention
program and bring their wealth of experience to their teaching.
